Shipping Policy
UK delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout before payment. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is provided when available. Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, delivery will be completed within 30 days. Questions: contact@luxora.homes.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to return the item. Email contact@luxora.homes before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions and return address. Your statutory rights are not affected.
